ECB and ICC cheer local clubs to apply to be a Cricket World Cup Club

The ECB and ICC today broadcast a call to act for all local clubs and cricket associations in England and Wales to apply to turn out to be a Cricket World Cup Club and ‘be part of something bigger’.
